Franchise business takes out three SPASA Queensland awards of excellence

Jim’s Pool Care has scooped the pool at the 2017 SPASA Queensland Awards of Excellence, with the company’s Sunshine Coast franchise taking home three awards.

The business won the Gold Award for Pool & Spa Service Business of the Year, while business owner Stephen Cluff won the Bronze Award for Pool & Spa Service Technician of the Year and the Gold Award for Retailer of the Year.

“Our quality service is not only out in the field at poolside, it also excels in the office providing a good flow of communication between our service team and our clients. I am extremely proud of our team for winning so many important industry awards in such a competitive business,” Cluff said.

“This annual SPASA celebration of excellence is a result of months of tireless work by Jim’s Pool Care on the Sunshine Coast who constantly strive to set new pool and spa industry benchmarks,” said Brett Blair, general manager of Jim’s Pool Care Australia.

All state winners go on to compete in the SPASA Australia National Awards of Excellence, which will be held in August in Sydney.
