The new Mariner 3s Clubliner Plus cleaning robot is suited to commercial aquatic centres. It's designed and manufactured in Switzerland with minimal service requirements.
Mariner cleaners can operate in an inch of water, making them suitable for beach areas and toddler pools. The cleaners are programmable and set up to suit your aquatic centre.
Obstacle bypass is a great feature, as most centres have a water feature such as a mushroom in the middle of the pool. This is not a problem for these cleaners, as the electronic compass ensures accuracy and direction in the pool, also preventing entangling of the cable.
The cleaner can also change direction on wall contact or switch over without wall contact.
The main feature of the Mariner-3s range is the selectable drive program. Navigation is determined by the "H" program, which is a "systematic" or lane-bylane cleaning cycle. Set up the cleaner in the left-hand corner of the pool and switch it on, and it starts to clean in an H pattern until it reaches the right-hand side of the pool, and then switches itself off. The pool is now completely clean. The complete cycle can take 60 minutes, compared to a four-hour random pattern, thus enabling automatic switch-over after a defined period.
The Clubliner Plus has a suction capacity of 30,000 litres per hour and uses hard rubber brushes (not foam), which ensure a longer life-cycle.
ALIAS Pty Ltd services and sells both residential and commercial cleaners. Brands include the Ultramax, Magnum Viva and Bravo. Using the aqua smart system, the Viva can clean up to 100 square metres in approximately one hour.
The company has a wide range of cleaners available, from battery-powered pool and spa vacuums to Mariner-3s cleaners.
