Wages & Salary Survey extended — have your say

SPASA Australia has extended the date for its industry benchmarking Wages & Salary Survey. Retailers, service companies, building professionals, subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers have until 15 February to take part.

Almost all companies, regardless of size, use as much market data as possible to inform all areas of operations. The amount that businesses pay employees or contractors is often a reflection of what they think others are paying or what they feel they are worth. The survey will provide decision-makers with current salary and remuneration data and trends across the industry.

This is your opportunity to see and compare the ‘actual’ amounts being paid throughout the swimming pool and spa industry.

It will take 5–20 minutes to complete the survey, based on the size and make-up of your business. Before you commence, SPASA recommends you locate or refamiliarise yourself with types of wages, salaries and contractor payments for your business.

You can access the survey portal using this link.
