Safe Work Australia wants to know how the model work health and safety (WHS) laws are working in practice. Of particular interest is whether laws are achieving stated objectives and whether they have resulted in unintended consequences.

SWA is looking for views and experiences on the following:

  • What is working and why.
  • Will it continue to work in the future?
  • What doesn’t work and why.
  • What we could do to make it work.

Participation is open to everyone, regardless of role, industry or business size, via either written submission or forum discussion participation.
