Have your say — new SA planning system
The Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure South Australia (DPTISA) is seeking feedback on key issues for the draft Planning, Development and Infrastructure (General) (Development Assessment) Variation Regulations 2019 which, along with four draft practice directions, will support the Planning Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.
DPTISA is interested in views on issues in the draft which relate to development assessment and how the draft regulations can better support the new development assessment system.
Stakeholders need to consider the following areas as covered by the draft regulations and four practice directions:
- Relevant authorities
- Application time frames
- Information requirements
- Public notification
- Building matters
Time is running out for feedback, with the deadline of 1 March 2019 fast approaching. You can access more information using this link and SPASA Australia members can contact Spiros Dassakis via email or by phoning 0449 065 841.
