EvoHeat online trade portal launched

EvoHeat has launched an online trade portal for distributors and trade partners. The company says the portal is packed with product information on its range of heat pump products.

Registered users can access a variety of tools including a pool heater sizing guide, pool heat evaluation reports, detailed product information and specifications, technical support videos, and training and sales information.

“We have designed our portal to help save customers time and money by providing everything they need to know in an-easy-to-use portal. We are committed to providing tools and resources to support our partners and we are excited to launch the portal that will offer on-the-go support 24/7,” General Manager Tim Martin said.

A key feature is the pool heater sizing guide, which gives users instant information on projected heat pump size and operating costs by location. Trade partners can also request customised pool heat evaluation reports for individual customers via the portal.

“The reports ensure every heat pump is sized up correctly. We provide our partners with accurate and detailed reports on temperature and energy usage for indoor and outdoor pools and can guarantee those results,” Martin said.

The portal provides access to detailed product information, technical support information and videos covering a wide range of topics, such as installation options, controller settings and troubleshooting tips.

EvoHeat partners can obtain a trade portal login by going to https://evoheat.com.au/tradeportal/ and registering their details.
